If my memory serves me right,wasn't Fellaini looking the other way when the ball hit his hand? Now if had hit Fellaini's had without touching Osman's then it would of been a pen, but it wasn't intentional, so it doesn't make him a cheat. Suarez deliberately handled the ball into the net against Mansfield
