WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NUTTER...
THE GUY HASN'T A CLUE ABOUT FOOTBALL
Hearts had a strong squad this season and though that they would be a strong force, tho sacking JJ is just why hearts will never be any better than they are.
your club are not allowed a bit of stability and this foreign clueless business man is totally ruining your club.
I didnt like it when he signed the offender for Kanuas but this is just bananas!
Get this guy out of scottish football.
the chairman at Newcastle must feel a saint compared to this guy.
I'm astounded and I'm a gers fan.
Romanov is a joke and a clown

I can understand how gutted Romanov must have been with how badly they ended last season, but he should have sacked Jefferies during the summer if that was an issue. Despite this they still finished third, and that's as good as Hearts are going to get unless he wants to dig deep in to his pockets. Instead he has signed loads of players and fired him after one good result and a poor one in the SPL and a promising start in Europe. I think he found out he could get this Portuguese guy then ruthlessly sacked Jefferies as a result. It will come back to haunt them - Romanov's madness always does.

the guys clueless when it comes to football,
JJ has been told in the past to leave certain players out the team and stated that he would not be dictated to.
It has came out that JJ was offered another role at the club and I am not surprised he told him where to shove it.
He should have bingo'd him right on the nose
IMO Hearts albeit there loss to Dundee Utd where going to be a real force this year, best squad they have had in years and two good strikers. the young lad templeton aswell. Pfft was looking forward to a good challange this year as they looked good at Ibrox and that was only the first game.
what a crazy world it is eh...

His biggest sin was sacking George Burley that time, they had won their first 10 games of the season and were sitting first. Could have easily broken the OF because Rangers were awful that year.
Sacking JJ doesnt suprise me now, Romanov is a tool!

To be fair, Jeffries had won something like 1 in 14 games and very very nearly bottled 3rd to the hopeless Houston.
If the new guy turns out to be good, then it won't have been a bad decision at all.
