As United supporters, we define the history of our club in moments: When Solskjaer won it, 06/02/1958, Cantona v Liverpool FA Cup, Keegan plotting his downfall in 98, O'Shea scoring in front of the Kop, Eric's Kung Fu, The Relegation of 74' and Giggs's chest hair.
The memories that we retain aren't of seasons in their entirety, but the individual moments; last minute winners, moments of individual brilliance and shock incidents.
Obviously each moment has a different significance both to the fans and the club. Some are more important in the context of a season, or are more symbolic. Some mean more in the long term, whilst other leave us reeling with shock or outrage.
Great moments are what energise us as fans. They are the spark that fires a match, that toy with our emotions and, ultimately, that keep us coming back for more.
HOWEVER,
This isn't about our own club...
No, no, no...
This is about the rest.
I want to know which single moment you would love to wipe from the history records of another club and transfer to our own.
For me, there is a stand out winner as a United fan: Aguero, last minute, last game, winning goal to snatch the title from his club's closest rivals and deliver a first league title in 40-odd years.
However, I know this won't be the same for everyone so please offer up yours.
I imagine it will vary massively by club; for instance, a Sheffield United fan might realistically say 'When West Ham stayed up.' [With this in mind, any chance of a multi-board Admin?]
MOMENTS OF ENVY: HISTORY SNATCH

Citys play off win in 99.
Although we had just won the treble I still badly wanted them to get beat.
I myself had just got back from Barca that day having been in Ibiza for a week, getting the train back from the Airport & ariving at Pic train st we were greeted by hundreds of blues in that horrible yellow kit they had.
Just to rub it in we put on our Sonbreros on, like you do.

No envy for anyone but as a city fan but the significance of dickovs goal In 99 is pivotal in the history of my club.
More so than agueros goal in my opinion.

There are a few matches that I think I would list, but instead I'm going to go for a signing - Messi.
Imagine if we had both Messi & Ronaldo in our team with Roo
