I've heard the 'Lukas Podolski, he scores when he wants!; chant quite a bit. He needs his own original one though

There is a very famous song in Germany about Podolski. I cant get to games but I always assumed we would chant that song. I am at work so cant get a youtube link but I am sure you can find it.
