I think that NO new loan players means one thing! that the magagers have given up on the season the same as the fans. Dispite all the words from Robinson I think he has given up.

NO LOAN DEALS

It also means that there aren't any injured midfielders about at the moment

Deep down, KR probably has given up on play offs.
But I don't blame him for publically keeping the idea of promotion going, while privately facing up to next year in L1.
That seems like ...ahem... good management to me.

You're a bit behind the times. Robbo & Winkie at the Leighton Buzzard forum said we are already concentrating on next season and wouldn't spend any more on this season.
One thing that keeps puzzling me is why no Chief Scout been appointed?

Perhaps Winkie has reservations about getting a Chief perhaps 2 Braves would be cheaper

First I think KR said it was a 'hill'. Then it became a 'mountain'. As of today's MK News/Citizen it'll be a 'miracle' if we get into the top 6.
We are being well and truly managed.

I am very disappointed by this, we have given up on this season.
Its odd that we have loaned two defenders out, yet we have a paper thin defence, with no cover now.
To be honest I am very disappointed with how this season has gone, I honestly thought this would be the season we didnt have to rely on the play offs, and I was right because we are not going to make them.
We were 2nd favourites for the title, and have ended up no hopers, way behind Doncaster, who are nowhere near as good as us.
How can we be in 13th place. when we have so easily taken 4 points off the league leaders, which should have been 6 points.
The players have folded when pitted against the smaller clubs, indiscipline has cost us dearly, and this issue hasnt been addressed since Ince left.
We havent had a striker for many years, yet another failing of the manager and Chairman, and most of our loan signings havent been great.
Unless we get 6 points over Easter crowds will plummet, and Winkies gamble of saving money wont have payed off.
I cant see there being much of a rush for season tickets next season.
We have so few players to choose from that all this must be sending out a very negative message to the players.

Well if Robinson has moved from 'mountains to climb' to 'miracles' his timing is spot on as it is Easter. We can all rise from the dead
