I saw this on the BBC website earlier and thought it needed to be shared.

It's an article about the cost of the 'matchday experience' at PL, FL and SPL clubs. There is also an table breaking down the costs by league.

The Rovers have the 2nd dearest matchday in the league!!! Only West Ham costs more.
Without trying to bash the club, we don't come off well and I know what's been said on various forums over the past few years.
Thoughts?

the doncasterrovers.co.uk website has put a great piece on there about it.
the sun are doing another promotion for the bristol city and palace home games 2 tickets for £19.50 which works out about £18 cheaper per person so hopefully we'll have some faces through the turnstiles on those home games!

Very interesting. When I looked this morning, that BBC link had our ticket price at £27 / £27. Now it has it as £15 / £27. Our website states £27 / £27. What made the BBC change an article that is apparently correct?
With the new price, we're 2nd cheapest in the division!

Maybe the club has said there will be at least 1 cat C game this season, after all its not like they were looking at every price for every game when they did the table

Figures wrong, apparently apology issued to Rovers. JR currently talking about it on RS

....but his own website is wrong. It says the only adult ticket price is £27. How can JR blame the beeb when our own publicity is wrong?

Probably down to the remark about being limited Cat 3 games this season. Apparently you can go on the Watford site and not find a £10 ticket either

I checked that and you're right. Watford don't say anything about £10 tickets. The BBC have also explained about category C games.
I'm still not understanding why neither Watford nor Donny have this info on their websites. Watford are worse than us. Try to find their standard ticket prices.

Glad it wasn't just me who got confused on the Watford site!
