OP we can't have the equivalent of Hazard as a squad player as they would not be happy playing so infrequently.
Moses is a good squad player who will play every now and then and will not kick up a fuss when not picked. He is still young and learning. If in 2 years time he has improved dramatically he will be a great buy. If not he will be moved on for the next 21 year old.
He's good enough for us at this stage and will play a part this coming week
