Just wondered what the general consensus on Harry Kane is? He seemed to be doing well in the reserves and I feel he should be given a chance with the first team against Athletic Bilbao as we already know what a strikers can (or can't) do and I am hoping he does well as I would love for us to have a home grown striker who can score. Hopefully he won't turn out like Lee Barnard!
On the topic of Bilbao, I hear we are interested in Llorente. I wonder if Harry and Levy will lock him in a room until he signs with us? Here's hoping!

Kane should be given a chance in a game like this, i doubt it very much, Harry will start with Crouch and Defoe no doubt.....

I heard he's going on a season loan to Leyton Orient, he should get at least 45 minutes under his belt anyway, cant do no worse that what we've got at the moment!

Kane seems to be one of those players teetering on the verge of breaking through. Can't claim to have seen him myself but others (ie Spurcat) seem to think the boy has some potential. I can't see how a season at Orient will really help. He either needs to go to a bigger team on loan (either an upper championship or lower PL team if you ask me), or stay with us and be included in some PL matchday squads, and get opportunities in the cups.
