Be rude to leave him out altogether.

What's the team? And why is there no match thread yet? Bit late isn't it.

Because Sagna is playing and we don't need 2 right-backs.

Sagna is hardly some dud option. Time and again we see players 18-22/3 get injured long-term one season after a large amount of appearances the previous season. The extreme lay offs from nearly every game, TV, Jack. And the niggle hampered season that we saw for two years with Theo. Most of Jenko's games this season have been 90 min appearances and he has plenty under his belt. I've no doubt this is nothing more than a rest for Jenks. At this point, the most important thing on the run in where he's concerned is not being played too much and ending up crocked right at the start of next season. Because he has firmly established his place as Sagna's replacement.

Wenger has made it clear that several players are playing for their Arsenal careers Ox & Jenks are safe future options so Gervi, Sagna etc... are playing these games to show what they can offer. I don't see Sagna staying though regardless so I'd rather we played Jenko allow him to improve however Wenger may think differently
