If John Cena defeats Rock for the WWE Championship this Sunday at WrestleMania 29, look for Cena to feud with Ryback over the WWE Championship.
This idea originated back at the Royal Rumble when Cena eliminated Ryback to win the Rumble.
Would YOU like to see John Cena and Ryback feud over the WWE Championship?
Does this mean face vs face?
Big Spoiler regarding Cena after WM29

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ to Cena Vs Ryback.
1 dullard vs 1 dullard.
Ryback will always be the poor mans Goldberg. Charisma and presence counts for alot in wrestling, especially when your not a great wrestler, like Goldberg. Goldberg just had 'IT'. He was a beast, a genuine Megastar. Ryback will NEVER even get close to what Goldberg had. NEVER.

It's strange I am more excited for the RAW after Mania than the actual 'Mania PPV itself

I wonder if this means face vs face, or a heel Ryback because I just can't see a heel Cena (no pun intended)

Heel Ryback would be a bit more believable than a face Ryback. Monsters don't tend to make good heels.

The Ryback character for me can only work in two dimensions - the superhero who never takes off the mask or the monster who never compromises. You can't do much more with a stoked 6'5 guy with no personality.
Ryback's probably the one wrestler i enjoy getting into a discussion about right now because he's a perfect illustration of how WWE just can't be decisive anymore - even about being decisive
He's just a series of missed opportunities. Back before his debut when you'd hear all this gossip about a wrestler coming through developmental likened to The Terminator, i was well pumped for it. Of course all that means is he has a slightly metalic looking leotard???? For god sake, where's that moment in matches where he'll block his opponents right hand and crush it, the permanently bloodshot right eye, the errie stare of death when he sees his opponent's helpless, etc.... as is he reminds me more of a Mortal Kombat character . Giving him the jobber fatality push was a mistake, they didn't need to reinforce the Goldberg comparisons (including their initial desire for him to assemble a streak). He needed to be feed wrestlers in lower to mid card rivalries who played the role of pest like Slater or Miz to immediately establish his role as the cleanser (which in hindsight would've stood him a great stead for his feud with The Shield - the superheros first real nemesis). And of course their commitment phobia leading to this point had to make them overcompensate at HIAC, purposefully backing themselves in a corner just to sell a single PPV - and it's hardly surprising that since that PPV his appeal hasn't diminished, though his hype has, but WWE have creatively hit the wall on him. It's mistakes on top of mistakes here.
I don't mind him, the character at it's core has a place in the company, but he's precisely the kind of character whose going to need support from above to maintain some form of popularity looking forward. At this rate he'll vanish from existence within 5 years.
