iE. sorry but when you mentioned an Internet search I had assumed you meant companies house or something of that nature. If I had known you meant a search of Internet piffle I wouldn't have asked. You do know that just because it's on the Internet it isn't necessarily true?

If it is so easy to find, it should be easy enough to post a link.

I've found two sites, STV and the Daily Record, that post figures of what is owned by who. It adds up to 61.7% and 65.3% respectively

I have no worries whatsoever that green is legit. He told Whyte what he had to. Whyte got pushed out. Simple as that.

Do you think that the sale of the assets to him by D&P was all above board (if so why do you think it was necessary for him to meet Wido/Wydo?)? Yes. He needed whytes shares if the Cva was successful. It wasn't so Whyte was no longer needed.

Do oyu think the share prospectus/issue was all above board, and needs no investigation? Yes. Not seen anything to suggest it wasn't .

Do you think Green has misled you and the rest of the Berz AT ALL? - and what about Ally/Walter? No more than any other chief exec "misleads" the fans. What about ally n Walter?

Magnum - the shares were diluted. Green owned around 16 percent but when share thing was complete it diluted the shares down
