I've put my back out so I'm off work and lying in bed with an iPad in one hand and, erm, no...

Although my GP says "mobilisation" is the best thing for back pain, it bloody well hurts and it's the last thing you feel like doing.

I tend to only go on here on quiet days otherwise it's impossible.

This is my job.

Noone really cares what I do here, as long as I make the company slightly richer every month than it was the month before.

I spend most of the day browsing through a mixture of this, news websites and forex trading platforms I sneakily installed last year.... between all that I squeeze in work related phone calls and emails and go out on the odd meeting.

My boss can see my screen from where he sits too so I guess he either just doesn't care, or he thinks it's somehow work related.

My advice would be to learn how to fulfil your duties in the shortest time possible, then spread that time out into short bursts over the course of the day.... then use the gaps you have created in between to do what you like
