GMS Skills

Just watched the BBC highlights of the United-Aberdeen game online there and I cannot believe they've chosen not to show the latest bit of skill from GMS. It beggars belief that they didn't think it was worth showing. For me the BBC and other media should be doing all they can to promote and showcase the best things about our game, particularly given that the BBC highlights are shown across the UK. Things like the bit of skill GMS did will inspire the next generation and show our game in a positive light, yet they won't show it. Yet another example of the poor coverage our game gets.

For those that didn't see it, here's the latest bit of magic from the maestro.

At least they showed it in the full highlights programme, hopefully they'll add it as a seperate video on the website like they've done before.

Hobo, I'm totally with you there if Russell is fit next week, I'd leave Daly on the bench and have Russell & Gauld up front, with like you said GMS and Armstrong. That's a pretty exciting front line, maybe have Flood or Dillon as captain

My wifes dad doesn't have sky I thought it was going to be the same as the last time, with highlights on the Saturday game/games at night then the sunday game live on the telly. It would probably be on the BBC in the north, you can get that channel in the south too.

Typical of the bbc, they should be ashamed not showing a fantastic piece of individual skill, we pay to be entertained but they just don't seem to understand what skill is, bunch o *****ng clowns.

That might mean I'll miss it, although my father in law could be talked into a couple of sunday afternoon pints Especially as we'll probably have hangovers and he sort of supports United now anyway
