Thatcher dies

So Margaret Thatcher has passed away following a stroke. She was a lady who split opinion (well definitely over here in Ireland anyway), but I can't help but feel a bit of respect for what the woman did in a world dominated by men.

What's everybody else's thoughts?

I know It's not football related but the boards aren't exactly thriving lately.

I haven't disagreed with you, have I?

I am fully aware Govts subsidise industries.

You would actually think that those industries subsidised by governments wouldn't be hell bent on bringing it down with unreasonable strikes.

When the miners were on one of their strikes for better pay, I was getting shot at in NI, for far less than the salary of a coal miner.

So you might begin to understand why I have no sympathy for them.
