Has no reason to exist anymore. Not the face persona nor the potential heel persona.
No challenge to pursue, no point to prove, his legacy isn't in jeopardy nor is his memory in the eyes of his fans. The only possible reason he has left to keep wrestling, continue existing, is having a pop at Taker's streak in a one shot everything to gain scenario as a face (the heel within is crushed now, he's at complete peace with himself).
I can only hope WWE made that decision last night, backing themselves into that inescapeable corner, because Cena the character is complete, because Cena the man is thinking early retirement - that he'll be gone within the next 2/3 years and the company are protecting his legacy from a blemish he wouldn't have been able to correct. I could only hope they let Taker's legacy be after last year, could only hope HHH let his own legacy be, and i can only hope for this........ that's what WWE have reduced me too, inconceivable hope
John Cena, officially

The last two fights were
Undertaker v Punk was classic. The true main event.
Cena is so boring. He's worse than his twin Matt Damon.

Taker vs Punk was the kind of match which would've worked in the mid card 5 to 10 years ago. Pretty routine Undertaker early 20s Mania match, preferred the Orton one myself. The main highlight was Punk excellent ring psychology which is fast becoming one of his best traits.
As it was, it just proved how foolish they were to rush Undertaker back just to get his mug on television - that booking decision robbed Punk the opportunity of fight in the main event, which in turn has now robbed Cena the opportunity of staying creatively relevant. Absolutely dreadful

Does anyone want to see that decrepid pensioner walk out at Mania 30 for his annual ego stroke? No. It's now a joke and if he does somehow manage to get his tired creaky body up for another match I hope he gets absolutely DESTROYED. Even the fans wouldn't get mad because Taker is just zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz now.

Forcing Taker onto the card for the sake of getting him on the card was wrong. He should've been given two options - fight Lesnar or stay at home. He had no business being on this card on merit.
His presence on this card imo robbed this WM of an identity it could've been remembered for due to the chain reaction caused by Punk not being in the main event.

It's madness how Undertaker constantly puts out excellent Mania matches for the last 6-7 odd years, and every single time. His opponent gets all the credit

^ the mark of a great pro-wrestler is how good he makes his dance partner look
Still shouldn't have been on this card, and certainly shouldn't have been occupying Punk's attention.
