Anyone watching on EvertonTV? We've started well actually. Barkley in particular. However it's 1 up front (Becks) and Vic on the left wing. He's doing ok at the moment but is this the kind of thing we want to see even in pre-season?

Decent 1st half, but once Bremen scored we were poor - awful 2nd half, gave ball away cheaply and created nothing apart from 2 set pieces

Same problems as last year. Serious lack of creativity. Forwards dropping too deep as otherwise they wouldn't touch the ball.
We are completely devoid of flair.

Although on the plus side, Barkley looked brilliant. We'll be seeing him in the first team this season.
