Afternoon guys
Just thought i would find out how many northen fans we have
Everywhere i go i bump into other Totteham fans and it amazes me how many we have living up north
At the Everton game on sat i decided to walk from Seven sisters as it was a lovely day, walked pasted 3 guys as they were talking about the grand national so joined in and ended up drinking tins of strongbow with them as we walked to the ground , something i have not done in yrs
These 3 guys were from Coventry and only been to a few games and they reminded me of a young me, they had so much passion for the club and team.. i took them to the bricklayers for a few beers to show them a decent pub with atmosphere but then left them in the bell & hare as i had to meet mates across the rd in the comunity centre, swapped numbers and they wanted to meet after the game for more drinks.. I went straight home as to many stellas before the game and i was wasted already ,
They rang me at home at about 9.30pm still in the pub and told me i had made their day by showing them around and talking all things Tottenham.
It was great to see young lads in their 20s happy to travel all that way to a game and have a real love for the club, one of them told me his whole family in coventry is Tottenham through and through from grandad to his younger brother
Hopefully meeting up with them if i can get a ticket for the Man city game
Anyone else got any storys of people you met at games
yrs ago me and my mates met a load of Tottenham fans from halifax and drank with them all evening after the game
Might be a north south divide but not when you support the same team
Really enjoyed the whole day and the game but not the score line, really needed to win but its all to play for and whatever happens this season its good to know we have fans who will follow the team whatever happens

I am a Yorkshire fan who moved up to Edinburgh for uni and ended up meeting a Scottish girl and stayed up there. I travel down to watch the mighty spurs as often as I can and I love it when I chat with southern fans, there always surprised how many fans we have scattered around the country. COYS
