Win and we go top 5 which (others having games in hand or not) would be a huge boost at this stage of the season especially given our recent form.
Im surprisingly optimistic....
HUGE game tonight.....

Doh True Blue who scored then?I'm bored of saying it but he's one of the best players we have had in years and will get goals he missed chances tonight but so did the rest.

Maybe you're right Nev, maybe he is one of the best players we've had for years, the problem is he's only average which might be our problem if he is one of the best players we've had in years.
At the moment he just looks like a Waghorn mark 2 and we all know what you think of him.

It's all about opinions how many times did waghorn play in that position this season?Schlupp has played twice and score once.
He has more skill imo than Waghorn but thank you for admitting you where wrong about his goal scoring yesterday write him off at your peril.

His goal came from a corner, he could have scored that had he been playing left back!
As a centre forward he was no different, better or worse than anyone else we already have.
If he's your big hope Nev than you are in for major disappointment but then you have latched on to virtually any player loaned out this season claiming they are one of our best players!

Bull poo
"His goal came from a corner, he could have scored that had he been playing left back!"
He scored and you are clutching at straws.
"As a centre forward he was no different, better or worse than anyone else we already have."
So name another forward or striker who has scored in the last 10 games? you are going to have to do better than that!

I don't need to clutch at straws Nev, you're the one who has proclaimed him as "one of the best players we've had in years", a high level of praise for someone who isn't even a regular first team starter.
My opinion remains the same, he's ok, young and quite exciting but also he isn't a natural goalscorer, maybe he'll turn out ok or maybe in a couple of years he'll be playing for Doncaster.
I still see little difference between him and Waghorn, you can play with short term statistics all you want Nev, ok he's scored a couple of goals, fantastic but that doesn't make him our Messi

Messi and Waghorn in the same sentance you should be ashamed of yourself.
"My opinion remains the same, he's ok, young and quite exciting but also he isn't a natural goalscorer, maybe he'll turn out ok or maybe in a couple of years he'll be playing for Doncaster."
So does Waghorn stand the same chance of making a premiership player no but he could play for Doncaster.
Shlupp your so called bit part player has played the last two games and waghorns not even in the squad.
Hang on tight to those straws mate

Don't worry Nev, they could yet both be striking partners at Doncaster being so similar.
By the way, did you hear Shlupp say last night night that he'd been to Man Utd for training, maybe it was another favour for Pearson after all !

We will find out at the end of the season my concern was sending him away happened at the same time as our slump in form i wonder if he might of made a difference we will never know?

I can't see how that's relevant, he wasn't even playing in the first team at the time?
