Match Preview
Reading's previous spell in the Premier League came to an end on the final day of the season five years ago when they were relegated on goal difference, but it's highly unlikely to go to the wire this time round.
The Royals have lost all eight league and cup matches they've played since 3 February. In seven league games during that time, the division's leakiest defence has conceded a further 17 goals while only five have been scored at the other end.
Liverpool travel south in decent form with four wins and just one defeat in their last half dozen games. They're six points better off than at the same stage last year and will equal their points tally of 52 for the whole of last season if they win this one.
That tally last May was the club's lowest since the introduction of three points for a win just over 30 years ago, and this season has been all about being seen to be moving in the right direction under Brendan Rodgers in his first season in charge.
Reading Team News
Jimmy Kebe will miss Reading's game with Liverpool because of a groin problem.
Fellow midfielder Hope Akpan is a major doubt for the match because of an ankle injury sustained in last Saturday 2-0 defeat by Southampton.
Liverpool Team News
Liverpool will again be without winger Raheem Sterling as the club continue to manage the teenager's thigh injury.
Fabio Borini, Joe Allen and Martin Kelly are all out for the remainder of the season.
Reading Lineup
McCarthy, Gunter, Morrison, Mariappa, Kelly, Karacan, Guthrie , McAnuff, Hunt, McCleary, Pogrebnyak
Subs: Taylor, Harte, Pearce, Carrico, Le Fondre, Blackman
Liverpool Lineup
Reina, Enrique, Johnson, Carragher, Agger, Lucas, Henderson, Gerrard, Sturridge, Suarez, Coutinho.
Subs: Jones, Assaidi, Downing, Coates, Suso, Shelvey, Skrtel.
My Prediction - Reading 1-3 Liverpool(I'm wearing my lucky Liverpool polo, that means only one thing - a win.)

Arsenal cheated to score their first.
I don't know how we managed to keep it at 0-0 at 90 minutes. Had so many chances..

That was just ridiculous that keeper will probably go back to conceeding tons of goals after this game. I dont know is it because we r poor finishers or keepers just love playing us. Two games two blanks now. We defi etly need another striker ans sturridge what has happened to him

@The Goofy One
How can he 'go back' to conceding tons of goals? That was his first game since November.

I don't think the keeper was excellent, yes he had to be in the right position and for that he should earn his praise but he wasn't the difference today. Our shooting was often right down the middle of the goal. We barely ever got in behind them, twice i can think of, when Suarez chipped the keeper and it was cleared off the line and when Sturridge hit it over from a few metres out.

Steven Gerrard has played more accurate long balls per game (8.6) than any other top-flight player this season

I don't class accurate long balls as hoofs.

Enough of the nonsense. Create an article about it, if it concerns you that much.
