Ever since the Madrid game we've been laboured, no energy to our game at all.
Players simply going through the motions hoping they will do just enough to get job done.
I find this frustrating as we are on verge of 20th title and it seems players cant raise their games to get job done.
Today utd had better respond as Stoke are fighting for survival and we wont be able to turn up put half hearted performance and expect 3 points.
Want to see some passion today from the lads and get the game and title won as I believe 3 points today means no chance for City but a defeat could make it very interesting as we still play chelsea and Arsenal.
Do Utd lack motivation recently?

Plus if we win today it opens the door for a title win against Chelsea or Arsenal

We have only got one competition to play for now, the league title, so we should try to finish it off in style, but that's not going to happen because SAF is gonna keep rotating the team every week to keep players fresh and experiment playing them out of position. Just grind our way to the finish line.

We just need Rvp to find his touch in front of goal again, we've played a fair bit of crap this season but it has largely been glossed over by robin's goals.

Also with pretty much 1 game per week left there is no excuse to not play our best XI for every game. That means no Giggs, wingers actually playing in wide positions and Cleverly starting. No one needs a rest.

It would helped if Robin was actually given the ball. Van Persie has done better than people realise in managing to fit into our outdated system. He thrives on through balls, quick exchanges and pull backs; not pumping crosses into the box from underperforming wingers - one of which doesn't even cross the ball at all.
We could get so much more out of him of those behind him were more fluid and creative. He'd get a lot more chances. As it is, albeit he is currently missing the few he is getting; he's is getting too little service nonetheless.

Agree about team selections they've been very very weird

I dont know why your fans are so worried, your 12 points ahead with a better goal difference to city's with ONLY 7 games remaining.
NO ONE in WORLD FOOTBALL has let that sort of a lead slip with so few games left to play.
You'll win the league title this season there's no argument about it.

If the manager picks the right personnel to play in the right positions, we'll beat them with relative ease.
If he doesn't, we are fecked

Agreed, the only player that seems to be on the same wavelength as him is Carrick. Kagawa would work perfectly behind him but he hardly gets a chance to play in his preferred position, and play more than one game before he's dropped again.

no we've been playing like this all season and rvp has bailed us out, now he's stopped scoring we're fecked, cant blame rvp though, the fault lies with the manager for not addressing what we can all see which is a lack of real quality in midfield
