No the group isn't in its infancy Concerned. Some of the consitituent parts have been 'active' going back before DK was fully on the scope.

Yes the group is indeed in it`s infancy.
Some of the constituent parts may not be,but the group most certainly is.

So the constituant parts are from KEIOC, G4E and E4C (how will they attend meetings?) and TPG

Nuts, they are one and the same. KEIOC's plans for Goodison redevelopment are the old GfE plans. KEIOC even claim they are designs they have done/had commisioned!
