Match Ratings

Seeing as Funrob has buried himself in a hole deep enough to come out the other end and be in sunny Manchester, I took it upon myself to do the honours of the match ratings.

De Gea- 6. Not a lot to do, not at fault for the goals, and took a battering from Carroll/Minotaur at the end of the first half.

Rafael- 6. Nothing of note to record.
Vidic- 6. Again, with some important headers.
Ferdinand- 6.
Evra- 6. Should have got on his bike 2nd half and been more of an attacking threat.

Jones- 5. Poor, but I don't blame him, more of a destroyer than a creator, the latter of which we needed today.
Carrick- 7. Played some nice neat passes but also gave the ball away a couple of times in the 1st half. Looked the most threatening of our players to break the line of defence.

Valencia- 9. Important equalising goal.
Rooney- 3. Adjective used to describe what comes out of my bum, needs to lose weight and regain touch.
Kagawa- 11. My hero, nothing more needs to be said.

Van Persie- 8. Purely becuase of his goal. On the whole poor in the general build up play, disappointing.

Subs.
Giggs- 6. At least he played on the wing.
Hernandez- 7. Some good movement, denied a goalscoring opportunity by the wife beater with a half decent challenge.
