Many of those who left Arsenal, won trophies and championship.
Example.
1) Nasri and Clichy - cups in the Premier League;
2) Fabregas and Song - cups in La Liga;
3) RVP yesterday won his championship!
4)Eduardo - 5 trophies with Shchtar
5)Ebue - Turkish championship
6)Bendtner - will by champion of Seria A
Even Arshavin last year, when he was on loan at Zenit won the Russian championship!

The only two in reality out of that lot that has actually done well is Van Persie and maybe Clichy - for the rest it has not worked out at all.
