It's a very strange circumstance, like would you have a chairman of a bank on the Government financial regulator's board?
Don't buy into the whole United bias though they've had some pretty severe punishments handed out to them over the years. I'd have a much bigger gripe though with the FA sending a team of lawyers to argue Rooneys international suspension, that's very hypocritical and stinks of double standards.

If David is to be believed I think a greater issue is why the other chief execs nominated him. Surely it wasn't or isn't a secret he is United's exec, must I conclude that the other clubs in England hire utter morons to run their club who seemingly make decisions to help United at the detriment of their own club?
