Jordan Rhodes - Scored 52% of our goals, scored 8 more than Vydra with a team 20 points worse, and scored 1 less than Murray without anyone on the same planet as Zaha to provide him with service.
What an absolute ******* joke. Doesn't really matter of course, just gives me a mixture of irritation and amusement that for some reason we get snubbed in this league just as much as we did in the Prem.

To be fair, there was a good reason your players were snubbed for Team Of The Year in the Prem!

Who is on the panel of idiots that selected that team ?

I'm not on about our players plural, I'm on about Rhodes. Whats the reason he was snubbed? Watford and Palace have been free-flowing, attacking teams this season, we've been ****. If Rhodes had played for them and not us he'd have scored at least 35. He's miles better than Murray and Vydra.

Rhodes didn't play for you in the Prem though. How can he have been snubbed?

Oops sorry, didn't read your post properly. Having one of those days, hence being on here instead of doing work!
Well, just mean generally speaking in the Prem. I suppose all small clubs get it, the being last all the time on MOTD, never getting a fair crack from referees, always getting stick from the media (good example of that last one is finishing 4 points off a Champions League place in 05/06 and all the media went on about all season was our disciplinary record).
Ya think one of the few very small silver linings about being relegated is you'll be a big(ish) fish again. And then you have the 2nd highest scorer in the league for the 5th lowest goalscoring team, and he doesn't get a look-in against a player who's been dropped at times by Zola this season. But there ya go, rant over

There. Fixed it for you.

Why no Ward? He's much better than Rhodes. Been played out of position all season, otherwise he would have got 30 + goals, even in a relegated side.
Had we not got the inept Stale Solbakken picking the team for the first half of the season and the tactically bankrupt Dean Saunders as manager for the second half; Ward would be a regular in the England team.
Just shows how thick; professional footballers are in that they include Zaha and Ince, yet neglect Mr. Consistency.
