Okay, here goes...this is going to be controversial...
We made, in my opinion, the giant mistake of sacking a manager last year when we had a reasonable chance of going down to the Championship who is arguably the best bar none at getting teams out of the Championship.
Dean Saunders' Doncaster won League one fairly easily this season after he took them down in similar circumstances to us. APPARENTLY, they played pretty decent football too.
We cannot make an appointment in League One who will be a good premiership manager, we got Stale and Saunders last year and our options are now considerably smaller in League One, we can only get another gamble. Is it really sensible then to ditch a manager who showed THIS season that he can rebuild a team to win league one?
I'm not saying he's a great manager, I'm not saying he would necessarily do better with a team in a better state BUT I'm so damn sick and tired of us getting in managers who may or may not be able to do the job in hand. I don't want another manager who may or may not have us playing 100% possession in ten years time, I don't want another assistant who may or may not step out of the shadows and lead the team to glorious survival in his own right.
As much as my heart says Saunders isn't right, what I really want is a manager who has won league one.
The case for Dean Saunders

Having read that again a couple of messages up, i didn't mean it to sound antagonistic, i just meant refreshing to read different opinions altogether without the drama we have all thrown into the mix over the last few years

Get into molineuxmix for a few months and you will see the same posters going at it with each other over the same old arguments. The cliques are wretch inducing, with only a few daring to challenge the closed shop of what is deemed correct opinion.
Those who don't bow to peer pressure quickly enough, find themselves ad-hominemed to death.
Procrastination Wolf is my favourite poster - a hit and wummer that gets the desired results with minimal effort. Never has there been a more precious collective of idiots all in one place that need a good slapping.

Herb...do they have their own love affair going on like we do with Tatter and WITSS ?

Im sure they do have their battles unc, ive not read much to be honest, i was just surprised that so many different posters had very similar opinions on where it went wrong and not the blind belief it all went wrong after Mick left.
I thought i was in the minority, turns out im just a lost sheep

Joking aside MolMix is absolutely no different to any other forum. Many who think MM was the anti-Christ and many who think he was the best manager they’ve ever seen at Wolves. Marmite Mick
