First all congrats to Bayern Munich!
But I am not surprise that Barca lost the two legs because they are generally a poor team. I'm so happy they got beaten because they disrupted our season with the acquisition of Alex Song.
They failed to invest in the right players last summer. They knew they were having problems at the back and yet they didn't invest in that position, rather they bought players they don't actually need. Why buying Alex Song and even Fabregas?
Just like Manchester City, they bought players because they don't want their rivals to buy them - Scott Sinclair & Jack Rodwell come to mind. United won the league because they invested in players they actually need.
It's so frustratingly sad to see some of these so-called big teams buying players they don't actually need just because they have the money and they think every player would want to join them.
It's important for Arsene to get it right this summer and buy players that we actually need.
Barca's defeat is a big lesson to Arsene!

Barca should've consulted Arsene Wenger on how to beat Bayern.

Barca bought Song because they saw him as a midfield player or a centre back. The fact is that they discovered something some of us have known for a while. Song has no pace. That makes it impossible for a player to play centre back for a team like Barca who push up to the half way line.

Or in Bayern's case to avoid that the player play for your opponent.

The lesson to be learned is that playing pretty football
does not win games or titles.
That applies not just to Champions League but to EPL
as well. Man United"s success is down to pressing the
opposition and playing direct football with good finishers.
The same applies to Bayern only they are probably better at it than Man Utd.
If Wenger wants to win something then he needs to revert back to the style of football we were playing before our move to Emirates and of course invest in
high quality forwards rather than some of the dross
we have acquired since then.

Mourinho adopted the same tactics when he was at Chelsea.

In 2009, Barcelona became the first club in Spain to win the treble consisting of La Liga, Copa del Rey, and the Champions League. That same year, it also became the first football club ever to win six out of six competitions in a single year, thus completing the sextuple, comprising the aforementioned treble and the Spanish Super Cup, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
Under Guardiola:
La Liga (3): 2008–09, 2009–10, 2010–11
Copa del Rey (2): 2008–09, 2011–12
Supercopa de España (3): 2009, 2010, 2011
UEFA Champions League (2): 2008–09, 2010–11
UEFA Super Cup (2): 2009, 2011
FIFA Club World Cup (2): 2009, 2011
Yeah. pretty football has not served this club well at all
