I would view this as more a statement from Ally about who is in charge, mistakes will happen but throwing the ball at a player on the ground in such a crucial game - no matter who they are "get tae f ***"

I said in a recent article that not cashing in on Whittaker was bad business for you.

Other players must look at his deal and think...if he's worth that then so am I.

He's a liability.

I think we should buy whittaker, we need someone who can consistently score a penalty. Sub him on before taking it then sub him straight back off.

Didn't watch the game, but did Rangers not score after Whittaker got sent off? If thats the case surely you would have fancied yourselves 1-1and 10 v 10 against Malmo?
My point is, Boogie gets binned for smashing a guy in the head therefore leaving you a man down, but everybody seems to me slaughtering Whittaker.

My thoughts on the team;

Thank God Boogie is going, he's been a bombscare since he came back from the world cup.

Please, please, please get rid of Edu - he can't pass, trap, go round a defender. Everytime he's on the pitch, it's like the opposite team are guaranteed to take the ball off him. He's even too short to use as a corner flag.

We have a good backbone to the team with MacGregor, Davis, Jelly, Naismith, Papac, but the rest for me are just passengers. If we could afford to waste good money on Goodwillie, for goodness sake get Wylde signed up.

Ally is right, we need bodies and we need them NOW!! Our players are ageing and we need new blood, to keep the team up to scratch. Get these transfer targets sorted out, and stop letting them take the p!ss.

Give Cuellar 24 hrs - if no deal, drop it. We urgently need a decent striker (if Jelly is injured, we're sunk), and we need a couple of defenders and a least one more midfielder.

Celtic fans and pundits are asking how long will Ally last, if the situation is not dealt with, I can see him walking. How can he do a job for us, with a team in this position?

It was never 10v10. We were always at least one man down.

And we scored despite Whittaker not because of him. If he'd kept the head we'd have won that match.

I don't think anyone is giving Bougherra an easy time, it is just that Whittaker has made at least one mistake in EVERY game this season so far.
