PES 2013 PS3 Camera Settings

Does anyone know if it's possible to download a patch etc to change the available camera settings for PES 2013 on PS3?

I have found that the playable camera angles are either too far out or too close in.

It can be done if you play on a PC

Yeah. Nobody seems to have thought of it... few have said this, but I believe that PC PES is totally better than PS PES... how come this is not well-known? Burn those PSs to a crisp and get those old and supreme PCs going. Even PES 2009 on PC is hugely better than PES 2013 on PS. At least, this is my humble outlook on this.
