In 11 years at Everton
Wenger hasn't won anything in 8 years
Does this mean both are carp ?
No it means Fergie was just too good you had to spend obscene amounts of money to be able to challenge Utd. Something neither of above have done.

I don't think Moyes is the answer myself but I don't agree with people saying he isnt good enough cos he hasnt won anything.
He can only p! 55 with the c#ck hes got.

Agree with what your saying and for me a massive gamble giving Moyes the Job. But with Fergie moving up stairs and I am sure will still be calling the shots then its easier to work with Moyes than Jose.
Utd aswell will give Moyes time to settle

If Moyes isn't good enough for Newcastle, Spurs, Chelsea etc then he sure in hell isn't good enough for us

But Fergie and the club seem to disagree.
Now everyone is allowed their veiw but I will take whatever decision is made as the correct one until its proved otherwise.

the guy is a great manager abit weak tactically but is a brilliant man manager.
Also can spot a really good player e.g. Tim Cahill, Fellani, Baines, Jagielka, Rodwell apart from Fellani non of these cost Everton big money and became very effective and skilled players, some of the best in the country.
Given United's team and budget i think you will see Moyes finally step up to the big time as one of the worlds best managers. Over his time he has taken Everton to becoming the bigger and better club against Liverpool.

You should stop panicking! Fergie is not leaving the club so I expect him to keep an eye on Moyes.
I reckon, at least for the first season, Moyes will just be the face of ManU but I can't help to think that Fergie will be in the background and pulling the strings....

This is not a good thing in any way, shape or form, can only end in tears. Fergie should tak eth erole but be like Bobby charlton and remain in the background, if Fergie's is upsatirs and whoever get's the job is having a bad time then fans will quickly call for Fergie to come in. You might not wan't to believe it but that's what will happen.

King Of the Bridge
Yes but at Everton fans knew he had a small budget and if Everton won anything it would be seen as a massive achievment.
But Utd have been for the last 20 years the main club in the PL and trust me fans will demand sucsess so allot more presure on him than Everton, also like I said above Fergie will still be calling the shots

Fergie won't do anything, he'll sit in the back with Charlton drinking red wine. He knows a Manager makes the decisions and needs his space. If he gets a huge say in who comes, he will of course trust them with his empire.
