What are Arsenal going to do?

Okay. Okay.

First of all Clichy was our LB and he is gone and Gibbs is going to replace him. I know Gibbs is young, loyal and overall a good player but we need someone more who has proven his worth to play in this position(LB) like(I don't know you decide).

Second of all is Varmaleon fit enough to play the season coming or is he going to be injured(I say Sarchasticly). I think he is going to be alright this season coming up and is going to prove to us that he is worthy of playing that important CB role. What do you think about this?

Third of all is Koscielny good enough to play alongside Varmaleon as a CB or do we need a person who has proved themselves to play that important CB role. What person could play that position good for us? Maybe Vidic(LOL)?

Fourth of all what will happen when Cesc and Nasri leave are we going to fall back to 6th or 7th place or are we going to stay strong as a team? Also to replace Cesc is Ramsey but is he good enough to take over Cesc's role or do we need someone with more quality? Personally I think we should give Ramsey a chance as he is a good, young and loyal player.
But who is going to replace Nasri? Any ideas?

Lastly, do we need another striker to play alongside with Van Persie to strenghten our squad or are we good enough to score enough goals to win. You decide.

Discuss and tell me your ideas.

No offence but this is a pointless article. Also, you can normally judge a fans understanding of the club when they spell players names wrong...

he only spelt Vermaelen wrong by 1 letter, calm down

First, I see potential problems, but we shouldn't discount the possibility that Traore may play a big part. Perhaps this is an opportunity for him, and perhaps he'll be good enough. 'Perhaps' doesn't settle nerves though and he'll need to prove himself a better player than when he went on loan.

Second, who knows? What we do know is he won't sulk, he won't wilt and he won't complain. He'll lead the defence well and will provide a threat on set pieces. That'll do for me. Fine player, and fingers crossed his recovery is complete.

Third, yes I think he is. He's improved since he arrived and is, in my opinion, better and/or more consistent than Djourou. I'm happy to see him in a centre back pairing, especially if a certan Sq. is kept on the bench.

Fourth, nothing is certain yet. Should they both go then I think Arsenal have enough in the squad to fill the gaps, but it will leave the team much lighter on talent and depth, no question.

Ramsey is already among the best young midfielders you'll see in the PL. Wilshere we all know about, and for once with Arsenal it's good news. So a mid of these two with Song or Fimprong in support I wouldn't be too unhappy with.

Finally, based on a few minutes pre-season, it seems Wenger has gone out and got Arsenal a rapier in Gervhino. Looks wonderfully direct and there's pace in the top line to burn. So on the striker front, I would say no more needs to be done.
