A proper decision by a proper football club

Great decision to hire moyes . I love the way our football club is run, legends like Robson, Schmeichel, Fergie, Charlton all at the club playing a vital role and now we have hired a great manager. We haven't gone for the flavour of the month manager we have given a British manager a chance and am sure we will stick by him. We are truly lucky to be supporting such an amazing well run family club. The bayern of England.

Moyes is a known admirer of the Bundesliga which, given the quality on display of Bayern and Dortmund, combined with the resources and quality of players he'll have at United, could give us some pointers as to where we'll be heading in terms of tactics, playing style etc...

You lot should wait and see how he does before praising the appointment. He's known to be good at drawing games has never been under pressure to win every game.

Why the feck are people crying when he hasn't evened managed a day yet? Idiots don't live in the real world

Would everyone Mourinho came in, spent 2 years winning trophies and then facked off with the club in a mess with the following 5 years to rebuild?

Continuity is key and the building blocks are already in place regarding youth development (stop it Jay) etc...

"Idiots don't live in the real world"

unfortunately I think you're very wrong on this

Well run family club.
You carry one of the biggest debts in world sport, your owners float share issues like a WI does raffles, and the first people your family club answer to is the NYSE.

As for the quality of the individuals you mentioned.
Robson was banging a sky sports reporter behind his wife's back, big peter was accused of racially abusing Ian Wright, but your manager completely denied it, called Wright a liar, and the FA swept the whole thing under the carpet.
What a lovely lot.
