Even his biggest fans can't deny his transfers were terrible in his recent stint, league performance was pretty poor as well.

I wasn't comparing Kenny. He's a great for Liverpool and a legend forever. For mainly his playing, his leadership and compassion with Hillsbrough and he did win the league 3 times as a manager.

Kenny in the 80s/90s was one of the best managers in the league. Not surprising he lost it all after so many years out of the game.
