Nicklas Bendtner wow in training

Hi gooners anyone else watched the arsenal training session?

Got a few mates there as well bendtner scored some cracking goals and looked class, touch, awareness, control, passing, shooting

Cant believe we are keeping that donkey chamakh and selling bendtner

Oh and on a negative note Aaron ramsey picked up an injury after a stupid tackle from Alex song

Henri lansbury, afobe, jenkinson are impressed as well

Lex, as it happens, I woke up this morning slightly bald and very ginger. Maybe it's food poisoning?

Chamack had a good half season and then never played. Where is this abuse coming from?
Maybe with RVP returning we were reminded of what a top striker is.

Blimey it's much worse than food poisoning Chamakh... it looks like you've contracted Groves Syndrome!

Arsenal cant afford to have 3 world class players huge transfer fees plus huge wages

Plus we play 4-3-3 so only one striker can play

But having watched alot of training sessions Bendtner is clearly a talented player but needs to show it more in 1st team games and on a regular basis but needs to stay injry free

Well thank God they're impressed. If our own players were looking at the first team and going 'this lot are dross' I'd be worried.

Chamakh - shot sky or shot shy? Both apply.

Am I the only person who still prefers Chamakh to Bendtner? He scored a lot of goals when he was starting games but was then understandably dropped when RVP was fit. He was never really going to be an impact sub was he? But as a back up I think he's quite good, works hard and adds something different to our game. If Walcott and Gervinho can get behind defenders and put balls into the box Chamakh could get quite a few this season.

Personally, I'd rather have Bendtner as RVP's back-up/impact-sub, than Chamakh.

But pay no heed.

I think I might be weird.

Both are frustrating. Nearly men.

Spot on mate. I prefer Chamakh to Bendner although he has been winding me up in recent matches when he has been afraid to get in the box.

Like you say if he had the supply of decent balls in the box he would do well. I keep saying I would like to see us varying formations a bit and use 4-4-2 and good old wingplay. Chamakh up top with RvP. It is soooo boring watching the 4-3-3 formation when it gets stagnant and we cant walk the ball into the net. We have all the possession and then cant do anything with it. IMO whatever players we have we will end up with the same problem by using the same system that Wenger seems convinced with (yes it does work well sometimes).
