Now that Goodie has gone, who has Houston got lined up to come in. Anyone heard anything?

Re: Gunning
That sounds like a good start. A back-up CB is an absolute priority.
Interested to see who Houstie brings in as a back-up striker. This is also now somewhat of a priority with Goody gone to the big time.
Personally I would prefer the striker deal to be a loan deal. Hopefully some youngster getting farmed out from an EPL team for 1st team experience.
I wouldn't be too keen on someone who's best years are behind them, or someone who has a record of injuries.
We want someone who is young, strong, and keen to learn and make a name for themselves.
Whoever comes in is going to get a lot of opportunities and plenty of game time, as with just two strikers (one of whom is sometimes drafted in to cover the CB role) they will definitely not be spending too much time on the bench.
How about approaching Birmingham City to see if wee can have Adam Rooney on loan?
Failing that - what about Tefal on loan from Wolves?
Good hunting Houstie

Im sure it said there was someone else up from blackburn rovers but it wouldnt be as likely that he'd end up at united, i cant remember his name.
