Depends how you define achievement. Keeping Everton in touching distance of the top 6 every season while spending less than practically every side in the division is an achievement.
You are completely alone on this. Surely that must tell you something. That either you're a WUM or you're too stupid to see the bigger picture. I wonder what's worse.
