Match Preview
Tottenham know anything less than victory at Stoke will surely end their hopes of UEFA Champions League football next season.Spurs trail rivals Arsenal by one point with two games remaining and manager Andre Villas-Boas has already admitted that his team must target six points to put the pressure on the Gunners.Fifth spot would be seen as a backward step of sorts after finishing fourth under Harry Redknapp last season, although the Portuguese coach has had to cope with numerous injuries to key men.Even so, everyone at White Hart Lane will be desperate to finish in the top four - not least to improve the chances of retaining Gareth Bale next season.Bale has been in sensational form for Spurs but was shut out in a goalless draw when these teams last met in London just before Christmas.Stoke are a trickier proposition in front of their own fans and with the Potters also on a three-match unbeaten run there have been better times to take on Tony Pulis' men.The belated fear of relegation has sparked an upturn in form from a team that has been a fixture in the Premier League since 2005 and they will want to end an otherwise flat campaign on a high.If Stoke can achieve that in front of the Sky Sports cameras on Sunday then it will be Tottenham ruing a frustrating campaign rather than their hosts.
TOTTENHAM Team News
Tottenham boss Villas-Boas is hopeful that Mousa Dembele will be fit to face Stoke at the Britannia Stadium on Sunday. The Belgium international midfielder is rated as '80 per cent' certain to feature against the Potters but Spurs are expected to once again be without key defender Younes Kaboul.William Gallas is also unlikely to be fit in time with a calf problem, while Brazilian midfielder Sandro has already been ruled out for the season.
STOKE Team News
Stoke manager Pulis could restore Glenn Whelan to the midfield, although the Republic of Ireland international has been struggling for match fitness in recent weeks. Marc Wilson is also doubtful after going off at half-time at Sunderland with a hamstring problem.Andy Wilkinson is struggling with a back complaint but Stoke have no problems in attack where Pulis will choose between Peter Crouch, Kenwyne Jones, Cameron Jerome and Michael Owen.
Almost creaming yourself over Arsenal potentially sending QPR down the other week....how silly does that sound now?

As part of the ideal scenario; arsenal and Chelsea dropping points elsewhere whilst we kept winning
