Wayne Rooney

I have to say I will be sad to see him leave from a footballing perspective... He's been immense for us over the years but from a personal perspective if he feel United is not the place for him them so be it... last thing I want at United is players that ain't committed to the club. We move on and buy a world class replacement!

Comment from the BBC:
_______

"He cant go PSG because the tax rate is 75% and he will struggle to learn french.

He cant go Spain because he will struggle to learn Spanish.

He cant go Bayern Munich because he will struggle to learn German.

He cant go to Man City because he will be literally be the most hated player of all time

Where is he gonna go?"
_____

They make a good point. I reckon he'll either stay or go to Chelsea.

He doesn't have to learn a language to work in a country. Plus they have people from all over the place so he will do fine.

The only thing against PSG is the tax rate.

Mr. Rooney, Thanks for the memories but good riddance.

Not too sure how the tax situation works, but Paris is only 60mins or so by helicopter. Nothing to stop him living on the south coast, fly to Paris daily and pay UK tax

Is there any chance of him doing a tevez creature move ? - I know the bitters I speak to have slagged Wazza off since day one with us but would become instant admirers with him at mcfc

Tevez has worked/lived in this country for over 5 years, and still can't speak good England.

Rooney will be fine abroad.
