As a Leicester fan said to me ' a nice easy promotion then we are going on to bigger and better things than the Championship'. I hasten to add this wasn't a young kid but a 49 year old lifelong supporter.

Webo,stuffing you in a cup game and getting through a 46 game season are totally different.we knocked spurs strongest team including bale so means nothing.

Well IMO then ... I think Wigan will do well if they keep their players.

They'll finish higher than Leeds anyway so I wouldn't worry too much if i were you

If they keep their players and manager the league is Wigan's. But it's a big if.

Can't see Wigan keeping their best players though if they go down and think Martinez if they go down as well will be off to Everton!

On the face of things it looks like they would do well but thought that last year with the teams that came down and none of them even made the top 6!

I'd put a pretty big bet on them going back up. They've got a very good chairman, sensible bloke, and I think he'll keep them going next season.
