It's looking more and more likely that Matt Mills will be our first signing of the summer. Remember him being top quality at Reading but since then, I'm not so sure. Bit of a gamble maybe - but if he gets back to his best, he'll be a great signing.

thats the million dollar question I think....
Only thing that worries me is when managers bring players that used to play for them at other clubs, the ones that have usually fallen away from the first team anyway, this case Reading...
NW tried it, not sure it worked too well to be honest.

Hardly qualifies as working with him is when someone has hardly worked with someone before, which is not the case in this instance.

Why do we look to sign players who have dipped and could improve, how about young hungry lower league ones instead?
