I never read the Sun nor particularly believed anything attributed to it but I there is a photo of the three of them and it's highly probable they were discussing all things United, including Rooney. Why not ? But I tend to think Ryan is being lined up for a role, be it now or very soon indeed.Could he get Rene's job and Round gets Phelan's ??

I think Sir Alex pointed at one of them and said 'He plays out wide'

Then pointed at the other and said 'He plays in the middle'
