the "peoples group"

just had a look at their Facebook page, they claim the following..


"We are a group of Everton supporters named The People’s Group.

Our aim is to highlight the failings of the board through the national media with the hope of getting answers. We have issued a letter which has recieved replies from influential local and national journalists. We appreciate the efforts of Everton 4 Change and KEIOC but believe our group to be an alternative route to the ultimate goal we all wish to achieve"


however, every comment on their page is an attack on BK and anyone who doesn't share their viewpoint. how many more Anti-BK groups are we going to have??? these idiots say they want answers from the club, but, instead of trying to establish a dialogue with EFC, they seem to be only interested in slagging off the Chairman. these tactics are why these "protest groups" will never achieve anything, as an Evertonian, i feel embarrassed by the bile and hatred being posted on the public Facebook page of a group claiming to represent Everton supporters. that said, how any group with roughly 3,500 members can claim to be representative of the Everton fanbase is laughable.
i'm sure that all the "protest" groups have rank and file members who genuinely care about Everton FC, but they are being manipulated and used by the leaders of these groups, who have their own agenda. this agenda is nothing to do with the well-being of Everton FC, but rather to villify one member of the board, because he dared to try to move EFC out of Walton. there is never any mention of other board members when these groups are spouting their bile, it's clear that the only aim of "the Blue Union" and it's constituent parts is the removal of Bill Kenwright from Everton FC, no matter what the consequences.
