Before Abramovich Chelsea were a joke. Since he arrived, Chelsea have achieved. Is there a lesson here for Arsenal?
Bring on Usmanov. If Kroenke really cared about Arsenal, could he not achieve a mega sponsorship from Asda who are owned by Walmart?
I think that the Arsenal Board sucks. Shame on these pensioners. Time they retired. Time for Kroenke to sell up.

Chelsea was sold to Bates for a 'peppercorn' and was
almost bankrupt when sold to Abramovich.
The club is a 'personal toy' of a very rich man. Does he care about the people who work there or for that matter he fans? Personally I doubt it
He offloads his managers quicker than hot dinners and interferes with transfers. That says everything about the way he operates.
Yes Chelsea has done better than Arsenal since he took over, but compare their expenditure in transfer market and the balance sheet and you can judge for yourself which is the better run club and more sustainable model.
As an Arsenal Supporter I do have of course concerns about the lack of trophies and I believe that Arsenal need to go an extra mile this summer and buy some
class players to become more competitive on playing field. If they do then I am sure that they will become more competitive than the likes of Chelsea in the future.

I've scanned the Chelsea board, but find no articles claiming we are a better or bigger club than Arsenal because we have won a trophy tonight.
It is a shame therefore that some Arsenal fans have to vent their bitterness by posting and supporting such articles as these.
The great irony is that these particular Arsenal fans try to claim the moral ground and claim to be a superior fan to those that follow Chelsea.
Shame is it not that these same Arsenal fans can not act with the same dignity that they so proudly boast about as an attribute of the club they follow.

Stuck With The Name Biggish
i supose what makes people bitter is the fact that u have spent around 900m since Roman took over and won plenty of trophys due to the money you've spent and before Roman took over u was no where near as good as u have been since 2005 plus the fact that we cant manage a single trophy in 8 years plus the fact that it aint going to change anytime soon, thats why most Gooners are bitter

Sorry but what is this about?
Every success is bought. Back to the very beginning of the professional game.
Best players tend go to where they get paid the most -> having said players gives you (at least a better chance for) success -> raises your club's profile -> raises income to keep attracting good players.
Not rocket science. From an Arsenal fan.

Exactly. I've said this before. I wish money didn't play a huge part in a club's success, but those who are wealthier and richer in financial resources will always do better in the long haul (although it isn't always just about money as there are other factors to). It was the case with us in the past and what City and Chelsea have done in recent years is not different.

I don't thik Chelsea were a joke. They were in Europe via the league and winning several cups in the years preceding Abramovich.
