After looking around at the options I realised that you can set up a league with an entry fee for each team with which sky keep all funds until the season is finished and then it is distributed in the way you want eg:winner takes all or a certain percentage to the top 3.

I will happily create a Championship/Forest league if enough people are willing to join so we have a fairly large prize fund to play for.
