Wolves want a fee for Doyle

Didn't a majority of those guys that got us to the prem also have a hand in taking us to the 3rd tier tino

Off the top of my head........stearman, foley, ward, berra, henry, edwards, SEB, Doyle to name a few........im not calling them dross personally but if we are going to credit them with ''getting us to the prem'' then surely its fair to criticise them for their parts in getting us to the 3rd tier, no?

All have to go and before the season starts, to give the new coach a chance of rebuilding our club,

He is under contract, and therefore subject to a transfer fee. He has drawn attention over the past few seasons, and so 2.3 Million must be a reasonable fee.

Not sure about the finances in Scottish football so don't know whether 2.3 million is the kind of fee that Celtic would pay. If not Celtic, then I would guess that Wolves wouldn't be short of offers for Doyle at around that price.

I reckon our need to get Doyler off the wage bill will far exceed that of another club for a striker that gets into double figures once per decade.

Of course we want a fee. Why wouldn't we?
