Clubs can still "sign" players but it just mean the player can not play for his new team until then!

Yes I have heard from a reliable source that AW is on the phone to both their agents to offer deals for both that will better anything offered by Barca and Bayern. Expect them to be pictured posing in their new Arsenal shirts on 1st July at the Emirates.
