new on hear but been reading a lot of doom and gloom recently. we might not have a large squad but what we do have is some of the best players in this division.lee camp best keeper in the league,chris gunter best right back in the league,luke chambers one of the best defenders,then we have probably 4 extremely good midfielders that are a match for any in this league moussi,greening,reid and mcgugan. obviously we are short in couple of areas but they is still 3 weeks left of the transfer window and also the loan market.also i think given the chance and played in the right position joe garner will prove why we paid 1.4 million for him when he was a injured div 1 player(.billy only played him on the right )and be that 20 goal a season man we are missing so with a couple of more additions we will be very competitive this season so lets all get behind the lads tomorrow coyr.

I think that the premier league have to announce their 25 man squads soon ( not sure of the exact date ) but Im guessing that we as well as a fewothers will have a look at the fringe players that dont quite make the cut and then we will see some movement in the loan market - keep the faith guys - SM knows what he is doing

Upbeat and positive. Don't be put off by the ever present one star chimp.
Can't quite decide on Garner and McGoldrick - both commanded large fees and have yet to fulfill their potential. Maybe with a consistent run, one can prove to be that 'missing' striker. Must confess that I am one of those that has been harping on about the need for a new target man, but you never know.
Have either been given a consistent enough run to judge them?
Agree that we have a quality midfield.

most transfer are done in the last 24hrs before a window shuts where clubs either panic buy or panic sell if that player is in the last year of their contract you never know we might pick up a gem for a fraction of the price they are now.
