£25m on Cesc - Barca clearing their books to fund a move for Thiago Silva or pay off the debt from the Neymar payments.
£25m for Higuain - Madrid similarly want Bale and need the cash, Higuain wants to leave and some sources say the deal to Arsenal is already done.
£22m for Fellaini - release clause triggered apparently, will want to leave without Moyes and we need a player just like him.
£72m spent and a title winning team built. Even the wages would be affordable with a lot of leeches falling off the wage bill this summer.

I'd love those players but it'll never happen.

Arsenal do need to buy at least 3 quality 'world class
players' to play REGULARLY in first team.
You should not buy both Fellaini and Fabregas, because they are best suited as attacking midfielders.
Higuain for me is a no brainer because he scores consistently goals and has excellent touch. Most of
the other strikers mentioned would be speculative.
The third position where we need a top class player is
defensive midfield. This player should cost significantly less than the other 2 listed perhaps £10-12 Million.
We need also a couple more squad players ie a goalkeeper and centre back to complete pack. Someone like Cesar should cost a small transfer fee
and the same would apply to the centre back, because he would be fourth string assuming we retain
the other three on our books.

I agree with the poster above. Fellani is not a 22 million pound DM. He got his reputation playing AM.
30mil higuain
30ml Fabregas
12mil DM

We don't need a true DM Fellaini can play box to box role.

Why do some on here believe that Fabregas will come back is beyond me?

What Wenger needs to prove now is that he is able to
bring into the club players of PROVEN world class rather than SPECULATIVE buys.
His preference for latter has been comparatively unsuccessful in recent times. There are now fewer bargains to be found and most of the top teams are also surfing this market as well.

Fellaini has said himself he's a DM, if you watch him regularly for Everton he sits back, has only been more advanced when the attackers are out of form!

Fellaini isn't that good defensively, very average tackling aswell. Just ask everton fans

Cesar (Free or on loan)
Samba (loan)
Gonalons £12M
Grenier £10M
Bender (12M)
Higuain £20M
Jovetic (22M)
Total of £76M and with a couple of sale and the continued purge of the deadwood from the club we could compete for trophies with a very strong squad
