We've been linked with Gomez in various sources this morning.
What do people think? Is he an achievable target? Do people rate him?
I think he divides opinion but you don't get over 50 caps for Germany if you are a mug.
Definitely a player I would like to see at Tottenham. At a reported 7 million I think it would be a steal.

I think you are being unfair on Gomez. He can hold the ball up well and bring others in to play. IMO he is an ideal striker in a 433/4231.
Last season he was superb for Bayern and Germany. Mandzukic has come in and been top class so there is no shame losing his place to him.

I would take a striker who scores 15 goals a season, but makes 15 assists too,

So what you're really asking for is a striker and a creative midfielder.

This was what brought him to my attention
He's an extra ordinary goal poacher though... You can bet your last dollar he'll be there in the box to tap it home unlike that donkey Ade who'd be somewhere near the corner flag

I'd rather take Michu.
He'd help us get the best out of Bale, Lennon, Dempsey and Sigurdson plus he'd score about 15, maybe more in our team (saying that Swansea are very creative).

Siggy was better in his spell at Swansea than Michu was last season imo, and he's been average for us so far. I could easily see Michu being a one season wonder, the papiss cisse of last year
