Hi guys, according to the E&S, Kenny wants to make this chap his first signing.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danny_Seaborne.
26 Years old and 6ft 3in, sounds about right for a league one stopper.
What do you think chaps ?
Kenny wants Seabourne

left back/centre back...
jacket seems to have spotted our weaknesses fairly early on now if we could get linked to a couple of decent CMs i'll be a happy man!
not seen seaborne play but he's free, experienced at the level we are going to playing and looks pretty solid. I think we'd want 6 CBs in the squad tara, or at least 6 with a couple who can cover at full back as well. big George and seaborne plus record might give us enough for the LB position and also some flexibility. given that pizza boy struggled to get fit last year, ebanks-landell is untested and stears might leave us for Ipswich, I can see us being linked with two or three CBs close season.

Sorry had stuff to do.
Didn't know he had been released. Thought he was good at Bury and was getting good reviews.
Thought MM had fallen out with the directors at Ipswich over money issues ie they can't afford Stearman. Although it could be all talk.

Looking on Wiki, you might be right Tino. Says he is contracted to the club until summer 2013.

I ddon't think Ipswich have any real money to spend and we were talking about £1m for stearman. so I wouldn't be surprised, or unhappy, to see him back at wolves next season. alongside danny batth as CB pairing i'd certainly feel happier than I would seeing roger johnson and gasper korkks back there.

Always good to read your articles and comments Ohso and hope you're doing ok.
Sounds a good buy, especially if he's a decent LB as well as a CB.
With him, Elokobi and Rekord, we might just be able to let Mr Ward go.

Certainly woulnd't keep Elokobi or Reckord ahead of Ward. Reckord couldn't get into a poor Coventry team on loan last season and he is not someone I see making the grade although I know witless, who has never seen him play, rates him very highly.
I think Jordan Cranston is a much better prospect as a left back but the best of the defenders amongst our youngsters is Michael Ihiekwe. Confident scouser, good on the ball and I have seen him play centre back and right back.

Im deffo sure I read that Reckford and Landell had been let go

Both Jamie Reckord and Ethan Ebanks-Landell have been offered the opportunity to train with Wolves over pre-season, to try and impress Jackett. They're both out of contract officially, but may still earn new deals.
When Jackett sees him play, if he sees in him what wolfie sees in him without ever seeing him play, then we might see him play next season.
